Casualty & Loss Programs Available to You
Option 1
DEATH OF A DRIVER: Mortal remains transport to a home location that is outside of 50 miles from that location.
Upon notification to the next of kin in the event of the death of a truck driver by a law enforcement officer and/or police chaplain and/or a TFC Global corporate chaplain, TFC Global will verify all information including the location of the remains — city and state. Additional information will be requested from the next of kin in order to set up this program’s transport logistics.
Program one has a membership fee due at the time of registration. Once the plan has been purchased, the program options and provisions will last for the life of the member.

Option 2
MORTAL REMAINS AND SERIOUS INJURY OF A DRIVER: Medical transport to a home location that is outside of 50 miles from that location.
Program two is designed to reunite the truck driver with his/her family should a serious debilitating injury occur that requires hospitalization. This program also covers the transportation of mortal remains should the driver have passed away.
This program does NOT cover any first-need air or ground transport to a medical facility.
For example, a driver suffers a broken hip when getting out of his/her truck in Atlanta, Georgia, and is hospitalized. The company sends another driver for the load. The driver’s city of residence is Denver, Colorado. This program will provide transportation of the injured person to a receiving facility near their home.

MOBILITY IMPROVEMENTS: providing ramps and other improvements to help with accessibility for a driver in his home.

Option 4
ON-CALL CHAPLAINCY SERVICES: providing TFC Global chaplain care for the driver and family for Options 1 & 2.
Registration for Program 1
Upon notification to the next of kin through a law enforcement officer and/or police chaplain and/or a TFC Global corporate chaplain, TFC Global will verify their information to ascertain the city and state where the remains are being held. Once all information has been received, the travel plan’s program will proceed as purchased by the driver. This membership is a one-time fee and applies for the life of the member.

What is Covered by the Plan?
- Contacting a licensed funeral home or professional embalming service center near the place of death
- Transporting the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home or service center for preparation
- Preparation of the deceased for transport
- Securing all documentation for shipping including one death certificate
- Placing the deceased in the appropriate shipping container
- Tender to the airport for return to the airport closest to their legal residence that is capable of receiving human remains including airfare
Are there any Conditions with this Plan?
– The Travel Plan by Inman does not cover medical tourism
